Non-fermentation tea and half fermentation tea


First, dry and store at room temperature
Prepare a ceramic jar, set 1/3 quick-lime package at bottom, use kraft paper to put tea into packets, fold one by one, then seal in jar.
Second, low-temperature treatment
Use the aluminum foil bag for tea packing, then put into double-decked moisture-proof tea canister, moreover, may also put dryer in it, then put into refrigerator.
Third, the vacuum packing
Load tea into aluminum foil bag, pump air by vacuum packing, fill nitrogen if at hand, so that preventing tea ingredients auto-oxidation, and keeping the fresh taste. This method is mostly for commercial use.
Fourth, thermos bottle isolation
Pack tea by aluminum foil bag, put into thermos bottle, double-decked with cap, can slow down auto oxidation. Finally, in order to guarantee the tea quality, use suitable size pot to save tea, avoid frequent opening, return to take after use.
