German
The German also likes drinking tea, but the way and
the custom is quite different from Chinese. Germany
¡°the flower-scented green tea¡± adds on dried fruits,
apples, hawthorn with various kinds of flower petals,
but without truly tea leaves, which is so-called ¡°only
flower but no tea¡±. The Chinese flower-scented green
tea is fastidious of flowers¡¯ fragrance taste; while
German pursues reality of flower petal. German prefers
to put sugar in tea, so that the tea won¡¯t be so acerbity.
They often put tea leaves on close metal sieves while
flushing boiling water onto it unceasingly, afterwards
abandon tea leaves, some people detected the tea is
very pale, asked then acknowledge it is the German unique
custom of ¡°making tea¡±. |
